Forging Conscious Alliances with the Planets

The end of the Gregorian calendar is a good time for reflection, as it is during any other New Years. I personally celebrate multiple New Years in honor of my mixed heritage. I celebrate Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur at the beginning of fall, the Toltekatl New Year at the end of winter, and Spring Eqiunox as a working farmer!

Guiding people into reflection is a cornerstone of my astrology offerings so I consider this time of year my busiest season as winter offers great containers of reflection. I’m offering New Years Readings and facilitating a 2 part class series on the astrology of the New Year with a dear friend Naike Swai of Chagga Star Astrology.

The goal for both offerings is to guide folks through a reflective process in which the astrological energies can support us in distilling our major growth points from the year. In the 2 part class series we will focus specifically on Saturn in Pisces as a way to walk into 2024 with great intention aligned with this planetary energy that is influencing us for the next 2 years.

In general, astrological language and framing can help us make sense of our lives and also offer us empowering new perspectives on challenges we face. Sometimes we just need to forge a conscious alliance with a major transiting planet in order to get a handle on our lives.
